Return Policy

Customer Error:
If products are received at Heizka Cable within 30 days of invoice date, the customer will be held accountable for freight charges only.

If products are received at Heizka Cable after 30 days of invoice date, the customer will be accountable for a 15% restocking fee and freight charges.

Returns will not be accepted 90 days after invoice date.

Company Error:
Heizka Cable will exchange or refund accordingly.
