15-Year System Warranty

For complete Heizka systems only. Every component in the link — bulk cable, patch panel, patch cord, adaptor, raceway and accessories — must be a Heizka product, from the first termination point to the last. Links that mix Heizka with other brands do not qualify. Submit your bill of materials and installation record to your Account Manager before commissioning; Heizka then issues a numbered warranty certificate.

25-Year Gold System Warranty. Meets every 15-Year condition, and in addition requires a field test report produced with certified test equipment that is within its calibration validity period. Each application is reviewed individually and granted in writing. Call or email your Account Manager to apply.

Warranty conditions

What “end to end” means for the 15-Year and 25-Year tiers

  • Copper link: bulk cable, patch panel, patch cord, outlet or jack, and any coupler must all be Heizka products.
  • Fiber link: bulk cable, patch panel, splice tray, pigtail, patch cord and adaptor must all be Heizka products.
  • Fire-resistant cable system: all fire-resistant cable in the covered circuits must be Heizka, with a consistent shielded or unshielded specification throughout.

Test report requirement — 25-Year tier only

  • A field certification report for each link: permanent link or channel test for copper; insertion loss measurement and OTDR trace for fiber.
  • The test instrument must be within its calibration validity period. The calibration certificate reference must be stated in the submission.
  • Reports must be submitted in the instrument’s native export format, or as an unedited PDF export.

Conditions common to all tiers

  • Products must be installed in line with Heizka installation guidance and applicable local codes.
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, incorrect installation, fire, flood or force majeure is not covered.
  • The warranty covers the product or the installed system. It does not cover removal, reinstallation, or consequential loss.
  • The term runs from the invoice date for the Standard tier, and from the certificate issue date for the 15-Year and 25-Year tiers.

The 15-Year and 25-Year tiers are system warranties. They cover a complete installed link built entirely from Heizka components, and are not applied automatically to items purchased individually.
