The Heizka optical fiber adaptor is the precision coupling sleeve that joins two fiber connectors of the same type end-to-end, keeping the fiber cores aligned so light passes through the mated pair with minimal loss. Every optical fiber adaptor in this range uses a ceramic split sleeve to hold the ferrules on-axis, so patch panels, splice trays and rack-mount enclosures can be built up from a common, interchangeable coupling part.
