Overview
The Heizka Trumpet Spillout Kit protects fibre where it leaves the raceway. The flared, trumpet-shaped mouth limits the bend radius of the cable at the exit point, so patch cords are not kinked or over-bent as they drop out of a spillover junction or off the end of a run.
The 60 mm kit installs by hand with no tools. The 120 mm and 240 mm kits fix to the channel with T-shape screws and twist head nuts.

Installation notes
- 60mm: limits the cable bend radius to 40 mm when exiting from a 60 x 60 exit or from 60 x 60 raceway. Installation by hand, no tools needed.
- 120mm: limits the cable bend radius to 2 in. (50.8 mm) when exiting from 120 x 100 channel, a 120 x 100 horizontal tee fitting, or a 120 x 100 exit on a 240 x 100 vertical tee. Installation needs T-shape screw (LT5B4) and twist head nut, 4 pieces each.
- 240mm: limits the cable bend radius to 40 mm when exiting from a 240 x 100 raceway or from a 240 x 100 horizontal tee. Installation needs T-shape screw (LT5B4) and twist head nut, 4 pieces each.
- Flame retardant: UL94-V0.
- The dimensions printed against the 240 mm trumpet spillout kit in the source catalogue duplicate those of a 60 mm fitting and are clearly a printing error. They are therefore shown as “to be confirmed” rather than reproduced – please request the correct figures from Heizka.
