The Heizka 24-port cable manager HEAMMM1 is the horizontal tidying bar that sits directly above or below a patch panel and turns a loose bundle of patch cords into 24 separate, individually routed paths. It is one of the least expensive parts in a rack build and one of the most consequential, because it is what keeps bend radius, cord length and airflow under control for the entire service life of the installation.
Every slot in the body accepts one patch cord and guides it out of the front of the rack, so cords leave the panel in a fixed order instead of crossing over one another. The snap-on cover closes over the routed cords to hide them from view and to stop a cord being pulled sideways when a neighbouring port is re-patched. Mounting brackets are drilled for the standard 19-inch rack profile, so the 24-port cable manager installs in any Heizka rack cabinet or open frame without additional hardware.

24-Port Cable Manager Installation Notes
Fit the HEAMMM1 in the rack unit immediately below the patch panel it serves, then dress each cord down from its port into the matching slot before closing the cover. Keeping the cord order identical to the port order means a technician can trace any circuit by eye. Leave the cover off until the panel has been fully patched and tested, then close it as the final step of the rack build.
Specify one 24-port cable manager for every 24 ports of patch panel in the rack elevation and the quantity takes care of itself: a 48-port panel needs two, a full 42U rack of six 24-port panels needs six. Buying the 24-port cable manager at the same time as the panels, rather than as an afterthought, is what keeps the rack build to a single visit.
